WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Super talented coaches to lead our classes for kids (ages 18 months-5 years)

  • A one year commitment from YOU to provide Excellent Service, Exciting Classes, and Engaging Relationships with our kids and schools!

  • Team members who have:

    • Experience with groups of kids or a strong desire to work with them​

    • Your own vehicle & clear background... crystal clear  

    • High school diploma (some college preferred)

Stretch -n- Grow is the world’s largest network of certified youth fitness instructors providing fun & engaging enrichment programs that get kids moving at their schools.


We specialize in high quality, FUN exercise experiences that get kids moving, including: Fitness, Dance, Gymnastics, Sports, Music and Yoga.

What started as a dream to get kids more active and physically fit expanded into building Stretch- N-Grow. Kendra Urban has been a Stretch-n-Grow owner since 2006, having served hundreds of thousands of families over the years.


We serve Southlake, Colleyville, North Richland Hills, Keller, Downtown, Central & NW Fort Worth, Weatherford, Southern DFW, & Ellis County.
